Full Open Access
JIET is a full open-access journal. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees or access barriers.
This policy is guided by the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes the free and unrestricted availability of scholarly literature to foster global knowledge sharing and equitable access to research.
Key Principles
- All published articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link to.
- No registration, subscription, or pay-per-view fees are required for readers.
- There are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for authors.
- Full-text articles are available in HTML and/or PDF format on the journal's OJS platform.
Copyright and Licensing

Copyright is retained by the author(s). By submitting a manuscript to JIET, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article. Authors retain the right to:
- Share and self-archive the published version of their article (e.g., on personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers).
- Reuse their work in future publications with proper attribution to JIET as the original publisher.
- Grant third-party permissions for reuse.
No copyright transfer agreement is required. Authors retain full ownership of their intellectual property.

Under this license, anyone is free to:
